Y-Parc – Science and Technology Park of Yverdon-les-Bains is designed to accommodate technology companies in production, research, development and training.
Located just a few dozen meters from the motorway exit, the E-Space building has a resolutely contemporary “E” shape architecture, which gives it density, openness, brightness and a strong identity. The park comprises 48,000 m2 of office space and is home to many international companies and local SMEs.
New P+R: The P+R car park located in the Science and Technology Park of Y-Parc is available to commuters. The opening of this new parking facility coincides with the change in public transport timetables and the strengthening of the service to the Y-Parc district with two TRAVYS bus lines.
Admission conditions: Only companies with a Research and Development / Technology vocation can be admitted to these offices.
